You can contact the Health Services office at any time. They will be able to explain the Retirees eligibility requirements and the steps needed for the Retirees benefits.

I went to a participating HealthMate doctor for my eye exam. Why am I getting a bill?
We do not have eye exams on the HealthMate coverage. The eye care benefit is self-insured through Davis Vision.

Is it possible to get dental coverage as a Retiree?
No, at this time, we do not offer dental coverage on the Retirees benefits.

Can I pick up COBRA coverage when my Retirees benefits end?
No, we are not obligated to offer you COBRA coverage.

Should I contact the Health Services office when I become separated or divorced?
Yes, please contact the Health Services office as soon as possible so we can provide benefit changes to your eligible dependents.

I am on Level 1 (HealthMate) coverage and I am going to be out of work because of a sickness or accident. What should I do?
If you will be out of work for more than 8 days, you should contact the Health Services office as soon as possible to see if you are eligible for a Weekly Accident and Sickness Claim.
